IT Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Office Hardware IT Support Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade office hardware systems and devices.

This role ensures the smooth operation of WIFI, desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other essential office technology. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with IT hardware, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain office hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, telephones, and other peripherals.
• Ensure Internet, WIFI facilities are at place at all times.
• Perform regular hardware diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage hardware inventory, including procurement, tracking, and decommissioning.
• Set up new workstations for employees, including hardware and basic software configurations.
• Assist in upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty hardware components.
• Collaborate with the broader IT team on network, software, and security initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, warranties, and repairs.
• Support video conferencing equipment and meeting room technologies.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or hardware maintenance.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Operating systems
• Experience with hardware diagnostics tools and repair procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
