About the Role

Instructional Designers (IDs)

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative e-learning and microlearning experiences for clients around the globe. While Learner Mobile (learnermobile.com) will serve as your primary authoring platform, leveraging its powerful AI-driven content creation tools- you’ll also have the opportunity to integrate and experiment with other cutting-edge AI technologies and authoring tools to enhance learning outcomes, personalize experiences, and push creative boundaries. .

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop engaging online training using our

  AI authoring tool

  , as well as other eLearning platforms.
• Create microlearning, e-learning, graphics, and video scripts that drive learner engagement.
• Partner with clients to understand needs, collect requirements, and source content.
• Break down complex information into concise, learner-friendly modules.
• Publish and manage training content in the

  Learner Mobile app

  .
• Develop supplemental media, including visuals, animations, and videos.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver polished content.
• Present content to clients, gather feedback, and refine as needed.
• Use

  AI-powered workflows

  to speed up content creation while maintaining creativity and instructional quality.
• Contribute ideas for new ways to integrate AI in instructional design and learner engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years

  experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with

  Articulate Storyline 360

  and

  Rise 360

  .
• Experience with

  AI-based or digital authoring tools

  (preferred).
• At least

  1 year

  of experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to create videos/animations with tools like

  Canva, Vyond

  , or similar.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and microlearning.
• Project management skills and ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Curiosity to experiment with new learning technologies and AI-driven design methods.
