Instructional Designer

• Design and develop learning programs using multiple modalities —

  self-paced e-learning, virtual sessions, and face-to-face workshops

• Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create

  clear, concise, and engaging training modules

• Define

  learning and performance objectives

  aligned with the target audience and ensure all content meets these objectives.
• Create supporting materials such as

  videos, audio clips, documents, and infographics

• Write

  scripts

  for video and audio learning content.
• Record

  voiceovers

  ensuring appropriate tone, clarity, and engagement.
• Manage and maintain

  content libraries

  , ensuring consistent quality and version control across learning materials.
• Maintain

  project documentation, asset repositories, and course folders

  .
• Design

  interactive learning activities, assignments, and assessments

  .
• Analyze, update, and refine

  existing training content

  for accuracy and relevance.
• Conduct

  quality assurance (QA) checks

  on developed training modules.
• Customize new or existing learning modules based on

  feedback and learner performance

  .
• Track and report the

  effectiveness of training programs

• Regularly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant field preferred).
• Minimum

  2 years of training experience
