Import Export Manager

You are VFlowTech (VFT), a company revolutionizing energy storage through Vanadium redox flow technology. As a spin-off of Nanyang Technological University's CleanTech lab, VFT boasts a team with deep expertise in renewable energy and Vanadium redox flow technology. Currently, VFT is seeking talented individuals to join its Faridabad Office in Delhi (NCR), India. As a Senior Logistics Executive at VFT, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the import-export operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing documentation, liaising with customs authorities and freight forwarders, managing licenses such as Advance License & SVB, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Additionally, you will be tasked with coordinating international freight movement, local logistics, vendor management, and maintaining accurate MIS reports related to imports and exports. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree, preferably in disciplines like International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain, along with at least 5-6 years of hands-on experience in import-export logistics and compliance. Proficiency in handling BOE, DGFT regulations, Advance License, SVB procedures, and familiarity with freight tracking systems, MS Excel, and ERP systems is essential. Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, are key attributes for success in this position. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in manufacturing, trading, or export-import firms.
