Job Description We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at a Leather Garments Factory. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, coordinating Exports and Imports, handling Export Import documentation and procedures, and ensuring office efficiency and organization. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, and experience in office management and coordination. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, and experience working in the Leather Industry and Import Export Company.
