Human Resources Trainee

Our services include cloud web servers, public cloud offerings, and a full life cycle model of professional, managed, and support services. The work location for this position is Bali Nagar, New Delhi, with a standard 5-day work week. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates using various job portals, social media, and referrals. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. - Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
