Founded in 2017, the company boasts an Alexa ranking among the top 30,000 websites globally. Ytviews is currently gearing up for the launch of 7 new social media products and apps, operating independently from Google and YouTube. As a Human Resources Intern at Ytviews Online Media, you will play a crucial role in managing HR policies, creating and maintaining personnel files, assisting with employee benefits, and contributing to the development of HR procedures. This internship offers a hybrid work setup, allowing for some remote work but is primarily based in New Delhi. The ideal candidate for this internship is expected to adhere to a work schedule from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with alternate Saturdays off. The internship duration spans 3 months. Qualifications for this role include prior experience in Human Resources (HR) or a related field, knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management, familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. This is a paid internship with a stipend of 5000 Indian Rupees for complete freshers in Human Resource and 7000-10000 Indian rupees for those with 2-3 HR Internship or experience.,
