Head of Analytics

As an Analytics Head at Resolute, your role will involve strategic data leadership, business intelligence and insights, collaboration with leadership, data architecture and governance, analytics framework development, innovation and thought leadership, cross-functional enablement, and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end data strategy, identifying trends and key business opportunities, partnering with executive leadership, establishing data protocols and governance, developing analytics frameworks, driving innovation, enabling cross-functional teams, and designing critical metrics dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead the end-to-end data strategy, encompassing data acquisition, integration, processing, and visualization. - Identify trends and key business opportunities through deep analysis of large and complex datasets from various sources. - Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic goals into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions. - Establish robust data protocols, models, and pipelines ensuring high data quality, consistency, and governance. - Build, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics frameworks for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights. - Drive innovation in analytics by applying machine learning, AI, and automation to solve business challenges. - Enable cross-functional teams with tools, platforms, and reports necessary to analyze and act on data effectively. - Design and maintain critical metrics and KPIs dashboards to track business performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proven 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and modern data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker. - Expertise in data modeling, cloud data platforms (MS Azure, AWS Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake), and ETL tools. - Hands-on experience with machine learning models, statistical techniques, and AI-driven solutions. - Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
