The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop engaging training materials, and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in L&D, designing training programs, learning operations an stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPLP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP etc
