Job Description (JD) for Field Sales Executive role:

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Lajpat Nagar 3

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales by visiting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring daily reporting through photographic attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned locations and potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Capture and share 50+ photos daily as proof of fieldwork and attendance.
Less than 20 photos: Marked as Absent
20-35 photos: Considered Half-Day
Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

Experience: [Specify years] in field sales/marketing (Preferred).

Must own a smartphone with a good camera for reporting.
