Field Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to manage and expand our customer base in the Delhi/NCR region. This role involves meeting clients in person, understanding their requirements, and promoting Transcon’s product solutions. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and visiting prospective customers in Delhi/NCR.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate, and assist in closing orders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Submit daily/weekly sales activity and visit reports to the manager.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in field sales (B2B/industrial preferred; freshers with interest in sales can apply).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi mandatory; local dialect preferred).
• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
• Negotiation skills and customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and disciplined.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,037.35 - ₹23,500.00 per month
