Job Title: Production Manager (MIS cum Supervisor)

Job Description:

Sweety by MR Group is hiring a Production Manager (MIS cum Supervisor) for its factory unit in Mathura. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production-related data, especially tracking coupon numbers and their allocation, and supervising data entry activities. Candidates must be well-versed in Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations, with excellent accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all coupon numbers.
• Track and map the allocation of each coupon to its respective packet, pouch, or bori of mouth freshener.
• Create and manage a centralized MIS in Excel/Google Sheets that is clear, organized, and easily accessible.
• Supervise and verify data entries related to daily packing and production.
• Coordinate with the factory team to ensure timely data collection and reporting.
• Generate weekly and monthly production reports for management.
• Ensure data visibility and accuracy for audit or traceability purposes.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data entry, or factory production supervision.
• Basic understanding of production workflow is a plus.
• Computer-savvy with the ability to manage and maintain large sets of data.
• Must be organized, punctual, and reliable.
• Candidates from Mathura or nearby locations will be preferred.
