Business requirement

• Collect business requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and perform GAP/Fit analysis.
• Discuss with the business stakeholders about best fit solution proposal.
• Lead sign-off process together with the key stakeholders.
• During the process, ensure appropriate documentations are completed.

Design

• Lead and perform solution design activities together with the delivery team.
• Consider cross-functional impacts.
• Apply standard and industry best practices while designing solutions.
• Apprise business stakeholders about the proposed design and obtain required sign-off with business and IT stakeholders.

Data management

• Understand data requirements.
• Map data from source to target applications.
• Assist in data migration activities.

Configure and develop

• Perform configuration in D365 according to specification.
• Also coordinate with delivery team to get required configuration completed wherever applicable.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of configurations.
• Explain functional solutions to development team for building right solutions.
• Coordinate with development team for solution development completion.
• Review the solutions delivered by development team and perform unit & required regression testing.

Testing

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform unit, regression and system integration testing.
• Take part in non-functional testing.
• Assist in user acceptance test.
• Resolve defects.

Training

• Contribute to training strategy.
• Prepare training material.
• Conduct required trainings.

Go-live

• Provide input to cut-over planning.
• Take part and lead in go-live activities within the scope of the role.

Maintenance & Support

• Take part in maintenance, support activities related to the role scope.
• Work on assigned incidents, problems, service and change requests.

Process

• Adhere to relevant process like project methodology, solution change management, configuration & release management, deployment management, postproduction support processes.
• Align with project managers & support leaders for time planning, task execution, prioritizations.

Forums

• Take part in different project and support forums.
• Contribute with inputs to these forums with requirements management, solution management, testing, support tickets resolution.

Hans-on approach

• D365 ERP solution touches business processes in sales, order management, pricing, sourcing, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, transportation, field service, financial management. Therefore, a very hands-on and cross-functional approach is needed in this role. The role focuses on delivering business values through best fit technology solution in collaboration with key stakeholders from business and IT.

• Poses relevant bachelors or masters Degree.
• 6-10 years of relevant functional work experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in the area of Sourcing (RFQ, Vendors, Vendor Portal, Purchase agreement, Trade Agreements); Procurement (Purchase order, approval flow, goods receiving, purchase return, claim) MRP Planning (Demand, forecasting, master planning, planned order, Cable to promise)
• Additionally good knowledge and understanding of cross functional impacts on sales, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing and finance Working experience with ISV solutions like, Invoice scanning, ExFlow, Electronic Invoicing or similar
• Experience working in large and complex D365 ERP implementation projects is must. At least able to demonstrate 2 large implementation projects.
• Experience working with D365 maintenance and support in D365 is required. Poses relevant bachelors or masters Degree.
  6-10 years of relevant functional work experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience working with D365 data migration, integrations are required.
• Experience working in international environments and assignments are necessary. Have experience working with Europe, US, Asia implementations Global implementation
• Experience working with tools like Jira / HP ALM / ServiceNow, SharePoint is required.
• Experience working in leading requirement, solution workshops.
• Demonstrate solid ability to work collaborative way in a team.
• Experience working agile and waterfall methodology. Thorough understanding of change, release, deploy, testing, training and IT service methodologies.
• Able to understand business needs and translate business needs into tangible solutions.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience from B2B organization is an advantage.
• Be result driven and has analytical skills.
• Experience working with MS word, Power points, Excel and project related tools.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various task elements simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate in a concise and professional manner.
• It is required that person is a good team player, sociable.

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
• Any other language skills are advantage.
