Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to performance, security, and configuration. Create custom dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into cloud infrastructure health. Cost Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency, using Azure Cost Management tools to monitor and control expenditure. Set up cost alerts and budgets to prevent budget overruns. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and monitor backup strategies for all critical Azure resources. Design and test disaster recovery solutions using Azure Site Recovery to ensure minimal downtime during outages. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, security, IT support) to ensure cloud resources meet operational and business needs. Create detailed documentation for system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Dynamics 365 ALM Process: Dynamics 365 Integration: Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with the Azure cloud environment, ensuring proper communication between cloud resources and business applications. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for seamless deployment of updates and patches to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Azure Administrator or in a similar cloud administration role.
