Job Title: Azure Cloud Administrator Location: Remote Shift: Rotation Shift Key Responsibilities: Azure Environment Management: Deploy and manage Azure infrastructure resources such as Virtual Machines (VMs), virtual networks, storage accounts, and load balancers. Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up and maintain Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for real-time performance tracking and alerting. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to performance, security, and configuration. Create custom dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into cloud infrastructure health. Cost Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency, using Azure Cost Management tools to monitor and control expenditure. Set up cost alerts and budgets to prevent budget overruns. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and monitor backup strategies for all critical Azure resources. Design and test disaster recovery solutions using Azure Site Recovery to ensure minimal downtime during outages. Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, security, IT support) to ensure cloud resources meet operational and business needs. Create detailed documentation for system architecture, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Dynamics 365 ALM Process: Dynamics 365 Integration: Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with the Azure cloud environment, ensuring proper communication between cloud resources and business applications. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for seamless deployment of updates and patches to Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Azure Administrator or in a similar cloud administration role. Solid experience with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN Gateway), and Azure Storage (Blob, File, Disk).
