Dispatch Manager

Job Summary:

The Textile Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing all dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of textile products to customers. This includes coordinating with production, packing, and transport teams, maintaining stock records, and ensuring proper documentation and quality checks before dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily dispatch operations for finished textile goods.
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and sales teams to ensure order readiness.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, packing lists, and delivery challans for every shipment.
• Schedule and monitor transport vehicles for timely deliveries.
• Maintain records of dispatched and pending orders.
• Track consignments and resolve delivery-related issues or delays.
• Manage warehouse inventory related to ready goods and ensure proper storage.
• Ensure all dispatch documents are filed and maintained as per company policy.
• Supervise loading operations and ensure correct material is dispatched as per order.
• Handle communication with transporters, freight forwarders, and customers regarding dispatch status.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness in the dispatch area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports for management review.
• Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of textile products, SKUs, and packing methods.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or dispatch management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Problem-solving and team management abilities.
• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or Textile Management).
• 3–6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics in the textile industry.
• Knowledge of transportation, billing, and warehouse management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
