We are looking for an experienced Back Office Executive to support US/ Canada Trucking Company operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of load booking, coordination with carriers/dispatchers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment aligned with Canadian shift timings.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handling load booking and coordinating with carriers

• Managing calls/emails for confirmations and follow-ups

• Updating internal systems and ensuring accurate documentation

• Coordinating with dispatch team for smooth operations

• Ensuring timely updates and communication during shifts

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 3- 6 years of experience in US Logistics / Load Booking

• Strong communication & data management skills

• Ability to manage pressure and multitask

• Comfortable working from office

• Good knowledge of DAT, ITS etc.
