9) 3-4 Years of Experience 
10) Should have goodunderstanding of Group Policies, AD, Domain, peripheral devices, OS11) Should be able to guide and train the L1 resources on the troubleshooting steps 

Role & responsibilities

1) Act as Senior Engineers 
2) Contribute towards creation of knowledge base/ site specific knowledge/ SOPs3) Develop working relationship with Customerstakeholders4) Troubleshoot problems with Laptop Hardware and OS5) Configuration of devices attached to laptops ( PDA)6) Laptop IMAC7) Application support Desk side for business applications8) Responsible for all security controls across the enterprise(Encryption, AV, Patch, Software, Admin rights, CASB, DLP, Backup etc.)
