Desktop Support Engineer

We’re Hiring – IT Support Engineer (DL2)

Location: Bathinda, Punjab
Shift Timings: 24x7 (Rotational Shifts)
Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues
• Guide customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
• Diagnose problems by asking targeted questions
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting instructions
• Conduct remote support and test alternative solutions
• Customize desktop applications as per user requirements
• Record technical issues and resolutions in logs
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and manuals

• DL2
