Critical Skills & Experience - Over 5 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or API-driven products. - Profound understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and API lifecycle management. - Capability to assess organizational priorities and capabilities while upholding a strategic mindset and a forward-looking product vision. - A technical background or hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, or infrastructure is highly advantageous. - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to translate technical hurdles into viable platform solutions. - Strong stakeholder management abilities, enabling seamless collaboration across engineering, security, compliance, and business teams. - Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, and New Relic is a definite asset. - Prior experience with API management platforms like Kong, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway is considered a plus. - Proficiency in Data Models, SQL, and database fundamentals is also advantageous for this role.,

This role is perfect for someone who loves games, numbers, and spreadsheets, and wants to turn formulas and balance sheets into fun player experiences . What Youll Do Design and tune gameplay systems for hypercasual, casual, and mid-core games. Balance attributes and mechanics , including: Gun attributes (damage, accuracy, fire rate, recoil). Car attributes (speed, handling, boost, durability). Character attributes (strength, agility, stamina, abilities). Obstacle attributes (spawn rates, patterns, damage). Health systems (damage, regeneration, survivability). Build and maintain Google Sheets to calculate, test, and simulate difficulty progression, balancing, and scaling. Use formulas, conditional logic, and data models to ensure gameplay systems are fair, scalable, and adaptable. Work closely with the design team to create clear documentation of mechanics, difficulty curves, and balancing strategies.
