Customer Support Manager

As a Customer Support Manager at our company based in Noida, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-success, you will lead a team of junior executives to achieve organizational objectives and resolve escalations efficiently. Your strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language will be essential in handling complex customer queries with empathy and precision. Key responsibilities will include managing the team, monitoring performance indicators, coordinating with different departments, using system tools effectively, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to employee morale and engagement.
