Job Description

SaaS Implementation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with educational institutions and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes and system requirements.
Assess client/Educational Institute requirements and tailor SaaS solutions to their needs.
Plan and execute implementation projects, including timelines and deliverables.
Configure and customize ERP/SIMS for admissions, fee management, and academic processes.
Manage data migration and integration with existing ERP systems.
Conduct training for faculty, staff, and students to ensure effective platform use.
Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues during deployment.
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
Coordinate with Institute Users for customised requirements & conducting UAT
Provide implementation support, handholding and gather feedback for improvements.
Monitor project milestones and progress using appropriate tools; ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
Prepare detailed documentation including business rules, data models, system workflows, and SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills
Project Management: Proficient in planning and risk management
Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites (India/global)
Good ommunication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
