Role Description

This is an onsite internship role for a Customer Relationship Intern. The Customer Relationship Intern will assist in ensuring communicating with patients, patient onboardings, customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and handling inquiries. Interns will also conduct customer service activities, analyze customer feedback, and improve communication channels. A paid role will be considered based upon performance and onboarding targets during the internship.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in using tools like excel for tracking and documentation purposes
• Ability to work independently and remotely
