Competitive Solutioning Architect (CSA)

You will be joining the pre-sales Large Deals Team as a Competitive Solutioning Architect (CSA) at Mphasis in Bangalore. In this role, your objective will be to create and win large competitive deals through a combination of tactical and strategic responsibilities. **Role Overview:** As a CSA, you will be conducting a solution & price benchmark, optimizing solutions, and creating client business cases tactically. Strategically, you will employ a strategic pricing approach, apply new best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Competitive Solutioning practice and enterprise-wide. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform Competitive Solution analysis, also known as Price-to-Win (PTW), on large Total Contract Value (TCV) opportunities. - Develop Business Cases based on limited client information in line with market benchmarks. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape deals effectively. - Ensure solutioned deals are deliverable, profitable, and competitive. - Improve Competitive Solutioning capabilities, tools, and processes. **Qualifications Required:** - 15+ years of pre-sales experience in IT Services industry, focusing on Technical Solutioning, Competitive Benchmarking, and Finance. - 10+ years of experience in deal shaping large, complex deals with a track record of winning. - Deep knowledge of IT Services Provider competitive landscape and solutioning practices. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients at the Executive level. - Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and quick learner. - Experience in building and enhancing Microsoft Excel-based tools. - BS and/or MS in computer science or equivalent experience. **About Mphasis:** Mphasis is dedicated to transforming businesses globally using next-generation technology.
