Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  primary contact for clients

  , understanding their corporate gifting and event needs.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

  tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate with

  internal teams and vendors

  for timely project execution and delivery.
• Handle

  vendor negotiations, quality checks, and cost control

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and

  identify opportunities for repeat and upsell business

  .
• Stay updated on

  trending products, premium gifting ideas, and branding innovations

• Ensure

  timely delivery

  while adhering to budget and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience

  in

  client servicing, corporate gifting, or event management

  (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  corporate branding and merchandising solutions

  .
• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict timelines

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  ; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
