Role Description

Client Servicing Executive

You’ll be the bridge between the client and our creative teams, making sure every project is executed seamlessly and clients leave with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients across photoshoot and video production projects.
• Understand client briefs and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
• Coordinate with production, creative, and editing teams to plan and execute projects.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide clients with regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure quality of deliverables meets client and agency standards.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Support in project documentation, reporting, and feedback collection.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination (experience in agencies, media, or production houses preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of photoshoot and video production workflows is a plus.
• Comfortable working on-site during shoots if required.
