Client Servicing Executive

You are a dynamic and personable Client Servicing Executive responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, managing project execution, and ensuring client satisfaction in every event delivered. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will understand client needs, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless event execution from start to finish by collaborating with internal teams. Your key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing tailored event solutions, updating clients on progress, and managing post-event follow-up. Additionally, you will coordinate with production, creative, and logistics teams to maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each project. You will also work with creative and production teams to conceptualize event ideas, develop detailed event plans, oversee event setup, and troubleshoot any issues in real-time. Managing event budgets, negotiating with vendors, tracking expenses, and conducting post-event evaluations to capture feedback and identify areas for improvement will also be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should hold a Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Event Management, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications: - Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Event Management. - Fresher experience in client servicing, account management, or event planning. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle last-minute changes effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power Point Presentation knowledge of event planning software is a plus.,
