Job Description

As a Client Manager/Sr. Client Manager at NoBroker, you will play a crucial role in selling the products and services that our customers rely on. You will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excel in building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to present our offerings in a compelling manner. Your responsibilities will include attending customer meetings, site visits, and delivering presentations. It is essential for you to be personable and professional in your interactions. Your main objectives in this role will be to educate clients on our company's products such as home interiors catalog like modular/loose furniture, decor, etc., services including end-to-end execution, and unique selling points. You will act as the primary company representative by attending customer meetings and site visits to establish the necessary rapport and trust for successful sales closures. You will be responsible for nurturing marketing and internal qualified leads until closure by engaging in quote discussions, sales presentations, and necessary follow-ups. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to address any quote iterations, escalations, or potential new sales opportunities will be a key part of your role. Meeting or exceeding monthly targets through effective sales closures is crucial. You will also collaborate with pre-sales and project management teams to ensure a smooth lead cycle. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within the home/commercial interiors or furniture industry. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas is desired. You should possess the ability to balance persuasion with professionalism and deliver customized sales pitches effectively. Being proactive in initiating discussions with customers, scheduling meetings, and efficiently traveling within the city when required are essential skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills are a must. Proficiency in Excel is required, and a sincere passion for selling is highly valued in this role.,
