Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Vadodara. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. The candidate will also be involved in market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery. Regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events will be expected.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Experience with Market Research, Proposal Development, and Strategic Planning
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, particularly solar energy, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
