About the Role

Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management:

  Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BD/Sales team with clear KPIs.

• Client Acquisition:

  Drive lead generation and acquire new clients for Website & Mobile App Development projects.

• Sales Strategy:

  Define and execute GTM strategies for PAN India markets.

• Full Sales Cycle Ownership:

  Manage the entire sales process prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.

• Revenue & Growth:

  Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 to15 years of proven experience in Business Development / IT Sales.
  
• Minimum 5+ years in

  leading and managing BD/Sales teams

  with measurable success.
• Strong expertise in selling

  Website & Mobile App Development services

  .

• Startup experience is mandatory

  ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in

  lead generation, pipeline management, and closing enterprise-level deals

  .
• Solid understanding of PAN India market dynamics and strong professional network.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
