Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand the needs of prospective customers (students or professionals).
  • Explain product features, course benefits, and pricing structure clearly and confidently.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations via phone or video calls.
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, messages, and emails to ensure maximum conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
