Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role (work from office) in Pune for an experienced Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and account management within the software custom development services industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Create and implement plans for acquiring new clients and expanding market reach.
  • Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and generate new business leads.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and post-sales support.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for business expansion.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and travel to client locations for meetings and presentations.
  • Attend expos, exhibitions, and industry events to network and represent AbhinavDCS.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network of industry contacts.
  • Bring insights about client needs and assist in developing customized IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and campaigns.
What We re Looking For
  • Graduates in BBA, MBA, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the software custom development services industry.
  • Strong business acumen with a willingness to work from the office and travel for client interactions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in handling the full sales cycle and meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools is an added advantage.
