Business Analyst Techno Functional

As a Business Analyst with 4-6 years of experience, your role will involve configuration experience in ERP products, proficiency in Database Queries and Procedures, and handling Application Support for Functional issues. You should have a clear understanding of the Software Development lifecycle and be process oriented. Strong fundamentals in Leasing will be advantageous, along with exposure to Agile methodology for requirements capturing using use cases and feature-driven methods. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and executing test strategies, test plans, and functional test cases, preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions. Collaborating with customers and cross-location teams to ensure consistent delivery is essential, emphasizing the ability to work closely in a team environment. You will be expected to work primarily in Functional Support and handle Change Requests across different shifts. Qualifications required for this role include being a problem solver, thinker, and analyzer. You should challenge solutions when necessary, possess excellent communication and writing skills to interact with end-users effectively. Having negotiation skills, the ability to raise alerts and risks when needed, being organized, and practical are essential for this position.
