Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for electrical products such as cables, lighting, and wires.
Develop and execute target plans to achieve revenue generation goals.
Handle team handling responsibilities with expertise in B2B sales and distribution channel sales.
Generate leads through government sales strategies and lead generation techniques.
Oversee sales performance metrics including target achievement and team management.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in branch sales or similar role.
Strong understanding of electrical equipment, led lighting, and electrical products.
Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and client interactions.
Ability to develop target plans and achieve revenue targets.

Must be from the Electrical Sales Trade.

Proper productivity in terms of planning & execution.
