Job Title: Branch Sales Manager – Digital Marketing (B2B)

Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth of digital marketing solutions in the B2B segment. The role involves managing branch-level sales operations, acquiring and retaining clients, leading a sales team, and building strong relationships with businesses to provide customized digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.).


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Paid Ads, Website Solutions, etc.) in the B2B market.
  • Acquire new corporate clients, SMEs, and startups by understanding their marketing needs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the branch.
  • Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Generate leads through networking, events, partnerships, and business associations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand business challenges and propose digital marketing solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients to maximize their ROI from digital campaigns.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on digital marketing products, sales skills, and B2B negotiation.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability.

Branch Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee branch sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between sales, delivery, and support teams.
  • Track branch sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.).
  • Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into digital solutions.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5–6 years in digital marketing services sales.
  • Prior experience in managing a branch or sales team is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in the B2B domain.
