Assistant Store Manager

You are an experienced Assistant Store Manager sought for an upcoming MBO footwear store that will showcase over 70 premium brands. The position of Assistant Store Manager is based in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail store management. You should have prior experience in managing a team of 30+ employees and hold at least a Graduation/Post-Graduation qualification. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing store operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer service excellence. You will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating a team of 30+ employees, implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability, maintaining high service standards, handling customer concerns, ensuring stock availability, managing visual merchandising, and store organization. Additionally, you will be required to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, monitor store performance, and execute improvement initiatives.
