Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greeting customers and processing sales transactions accurately. Handling cash, credit, and debit card payments. Issuing receipts and refunds as necessary. Providing courteous and efficient service at the checkout counter. Answering customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Cash Management: Balancing cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts. Ensuring accurate accounting of all transactions and adherence to cash handling procedures. Store Support: Assisting with bagging items and ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Directing customers to store departments or personnel as needed.
