Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
Answer incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, such as password resets and software installation problems.
Document and track issues in the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Assist with user onboarding and account management.
Provide guidance and training to users on software applications and systems.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
Stay current with the latest IT technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and other common operating systems.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
