Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Answer incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, such as password resets and software installation problems.
  • Document and track issues in the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
  • Assist with user onboarding and account management.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on software applications and systems.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support.
  • Stay current with the latest IT technologies and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and other common operating systems.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
