Key Responsibilities

Technically competent with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must have exposure to lead large size teams spread across different geographical locations.
Prepare and Present the dashboards for divisional review in regards to the agreed SLAs
Should have thorough knowledge on Microsoft Server and End point environment to support teams
Have Hand held various Windows and Unix Desktop, laptops and Servers deployment and configuration.
Should have Administration knowledge of ADS,DNS and DHCP Administration, Switches & Server hardening.
Smartphone configuration and different Email platforms.
Understand reporting and feedback to Management
Knowledge of helpdesk tools
Good Leadership Skills along with team management
