AI Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Design and implement AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce &
Salesforce AI.
- Lead full-stack implementation across Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and AI
orchestration frameworks.
- Rapidly build PoCs and MVPs to validate concepts and accelerate customer buy-in.
Integration & Data Strategy
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with external systems and AI endpoints.
- Design secure, scalable data architectures to support GenAI workflows.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks is a strong plus
(but not mandatory).
Pre-Sales & Strategic Advisory
- Partner with AEs and SEs to shape solution strategy during pre-sales and
discovery.
- Translate business goals into technical blueprints and high-impact roadmaps.
- Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder enablement.
Customer Success & Innovation
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout delivery and beyond.
- Identify technical risks, resolve implementation blockers, and guide customer
enablement.
- Represent Voice of Customer to Product teams to influence roadmap and
features.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (MANDATORY).
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles across AI, CRM, or Data Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service or Industry Clouds).
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein
- Strong proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and system
integration.
- Experience implementing LLM-based solutions with orchestration and prompt
design.
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead strategic technical
discussions.
- Strong communication and visualization skills (whiteboarding, solution
storytelling, executive briefings).
- Salesforce certifications: AI Associate/Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data platforms (Snowflake,
BigQuery, Databricks).
- Experience working with AI model observability, RAG architectures, and prompt
governance.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Strategic + Tactical: You see the big picture and build with precision.
- Hands-On AI Expert: You understand LLMs, prompt design, and real-world agent
orchestration.
- Trusted Partner: You build long-term credibility with business and technical
stakeholders.
- Innovator & Evangelist: You push platform limits, share best practices, and
mentor teams.
