Agentforce Technical Architect

As an experienced and hands-on Salesforce AI Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of intelligent agent solutions using Agentforce, Einstein AI, and the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve architecting and implementing GenAI-powered workflows, providing strategic advisory to enterprise customers, and assisting in scaling innovation across complex client engagements. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, executive engagement, and visionary thinking to deliver tangible AI outcomes within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI-powered intelligent agents using Agentforce and Salesforce AI, leading full-stack implementation across various platforms, and rapidly building PoCs and MVPs to validate concepts and accelerate customer buy-in. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating Salesforce CRM with external systems and AI endpoints, designing secure and scalable data architectures to support GenAI workflows, and providing pre-sales and strategic advisory support by shaping solution strategies during pre-sales and discovery phases. To be successful in this role, you must hold a Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification, have at least 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles across AI, CRM, or Data Architecture, and possess hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Einstein, and various programming languages and integration tools. Strong communication, visualization, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead strategic technical discussions. Preferred qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications, familiarity with enterprise data platforms, experience with AI model observability and prompt governance, as well as knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
