Account Relationship Manager

As an Account Relationship Manager at Schoolcanvas, a leading cloud-based School ERP and mobile apps company, your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with school clients in Chennai. You will handle client inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, provide support for the implementation of school management systems, and identify opportunities for additional services. Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure optimal platform performance is key. This role will require travel across South India, and experience in Ed-Tech is an added advantage.
