Account Relationship Manager

TeamLease EdTech is a leading Indian learning‑and‑employability solutions provider that enables universities to create and manage online, distance, and blended programs via a mobile‑first, cloud‑based platform. It has exclusive partnerships with about 40–50 major universities across 16 states, offering over 200 accredited degree, diploma, and certificate programs in nine Indian languages, and served around 5–5.5 lakh learners so far, engaging with approximately 900 corporates for upskilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders at IIT Patna and other educational entities.
• Drive account growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling EdTech solutions.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and resolve any issues proactively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and deliver customized EdTech innovations.

What We're Looking For:

• 12-15 years of experience in account management, preferably in the education sector.
• Street-smart with a knack for relationship-building in academic environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you thrive in conversations that drive results.
• Sharp analytical mind to spot opportunities and solve challenges on the fly.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
