Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging, responsive, and intuitive websites using best practices in UI/UX.
  
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to create cohesive digital experiences.
  
• Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and final designs.
  
• Maintain and update existing websites with new content, layout changes, and design improvements.
  
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
  
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and web technologies.
  
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design and web design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Canva).
  
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  
• Solid portfolio showcasing design projects and user-focused interfaces.
  
• Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
  
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
  
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
  
• UI/UX certification or relevant design education is a plus.
