Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in design tools, front-end technologies, and UX research methodologies to deliver seamless digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create elegant and scalable UI/UX solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
Research and analyze user behavior, industry trends, and best practices to create user-centric designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and interactive mockups to demonstrate design concepts.
Ensure consistent UI design across all platforms and maintain design guidelines.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
Conduct usability testing and feedback analysis to refine and improve design iterations.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, front-end technologies, and industry standards.
Ensure brand consistency and create engaging visual elements that enhance the user experience.
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Framer.
Strong understanding of web/mobile UI standards, usability, and accessibility principles.
Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, and Tailwind CSS.
Expertise in prototyping tools and ability to create interactive UI mockups.
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and branding.
Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
Strong communication skills to present ideas and solutions to stakeholders and development teams.
Ability to balance aesthetic appeal and functional design while optimizing for performance.

Good to Have

Experience in motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions.
Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab).
Exposure to user research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Knowledge of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
Experience with creating banners, marketing visuals, and social media assets.
Basic understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
