UI/UX Designer

As a Senior Designer UI/UX at MGRM Infotech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the end-to-end design process for digital products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and developing visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and stay updated on industry trends to integrate the latest insights into design solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior designers, working closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs, and participating in design critiques to provide constructive feedback. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining design documentation, style guides, and design systems while adhering to CMMi L5 DEV requirements. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio, preferably in the Education and Healthcare domains. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is essential, along with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Your ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and work well under pressure for timely deliveries will be crucial. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design. Familiarity with agile development processes, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences are highly desirable qualities. Additionally, knowledge of global standards and best practices in development will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Chandigarh.
