Territory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market mapping of Digits retail network, including Broking and Agency channels, with a focus on identifying top and mid-tier potential.
• Drive Group Term Life (GTL) business through both existing and newly onboarded distributor networks.
• Deliver product training sessions to enhance advisor knowledge and engagement.
• Hire and onboard advisors from non-Digit networks to expand reach and business opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings and onboarding processes for advisors within the assigned location.
• Identify and activate high-potential advisors through strategic market mapping.
• Promote and implement central campaigns to boost business performance and advisor participation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the variable agency model within the Life Insurance sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the Agency Business, with proven expertise in advisor recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients, advisors, and internal teams.
• Ability to design and execute impactful business strategies that drive growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and optimize performance.
