Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft technology stack, particularly in the healthcare/hospital domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legacy systems built using .NET WebForms, modern .NET Core/.NET 6+, SQL Server, and frontend frameworks like React. This role requires both a hands-on approach and leadership mindset to guide architectural decisions, modernize legacy applications, and ensure scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with hospital operational needs. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture. Strong expertise in .NET Framework (ASP.NET, WebForms, WinForms) and modern .NET (Core/6/8). Deep knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions, and query optimization. Experience working with frontend technologies like React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap. Solid understanding of hospital workflows, including modules like OPD, IPD, billing, lab, pharmacy, appointments, etc. Exposure to healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, HIPAA is a strong plus. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is desirable. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience with hospital management systems (HMS/HIS). Experience in developing or integrating with third-party healthcare APIs (e.g., lab machines, insurance, telemedicine). Knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker/Kubernetes, or microservices architecture. Understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR or NDHM (ABDM - India).
