Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical—capable of planning content strategies, engaging with our audience, and optimizing performance to meet marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and YouTube
Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to queries in a timely manner
Track KPIs (followers, reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and create monthly performance reports
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Assist with running and optimizing paid campaigns (optional depending on experience)
Coordinate influencer partnerships and UGC campaigns when relevant
Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and aesthetics

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in managing business social media accounts
Strong knowledge of each platform's best practices and tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for light design tasks
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
