Role & responsibilities Look from FMCG background/ anyone from food industry like Parle, Britannia, Nestl, ITC etc. Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. • Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols. • Supervise and lead the production team, including line supervisors, operators, and workers. • Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize productivity. • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations. • Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards throughout the production process. • Maintain proper documentation including production reports, downtime logs, and quality checklists. • Oversee machine performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize breakdowns. • Ensure proper training and development of the production staff. • Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables. • Participate in audits (internal and external) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
