Job Responsibilities:

Construction Management & Coordination:

Manage on-site construction activities.
Coordinate with internal teams,contractors, and all stakeholders for smooth execution.

Project Planning & Control:

Oversee budgeting, cost estimation, and scheduling.
Track project progress including execution, quality control, and documentation processes.

Reporting & Meetings:

Organize and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to relevant stakeholders.

MEP Monitoring:

Supervise activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines to ensure proper integration and timely progress.

Technical Competence:

Review and interpret mechanical drawings (structures, pipe racks, piping, equipment installations).
Identify and resolve design interferences.
Ensure adherence to Indian mechanical and safety codes.
Prepare mechanical designs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Propose cost-effective engineering solutions and design alternatives.

Software Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skilled in MS Project or MS Schedule for planning and tracking.
Familiar with MS Outlook for communication and task coordination.
